Meet the Hill's (and Chance 🐾)
In May of 2018...
The Hill Family was surprised to learn that they would be relocating to Rhode Island so Jack Sr. could pursue a career promotion. But first, their 4 bedroom home in Blackstone, Massachusetts had to be sold. In order for this to work, he and his family needed to be settled in southern Rhode Island in 30 days or less!
The Problem
Jack and Jill didn’t have the faintest idea on how to sell a house and their 30-day deadline didn’t help matters either. They had seen Tim Harvey’s emails each week about different local events like weekly farmer’s markets and his monthly real estate market updates. Jack reached out to see if Tim could help him meet their deadline as the family packed up their affairs.
Tim had a plan!
The Process
Tim knew that time was of the essence. The Hills had a strict timeline so Tim had to put forth an aggressive strategy that involved staging the house and using top-notch photography.
Next step was the marketing campaign. Jack felt that Tim understood the importance and power of marketing. After all, Jack reached out to Tim only after reading his weekly emails. Tim set forth a Facebook ad to buyers in the Blackstone area as well as created an email marketing campaign that connected with his sphere of 3,000+ locals. Time to Celebrate 🎊
After creating buzz around the home on Facebook (which reached 12,000 people locally) and emailing the home to his extensive database of potential buyers, it was only a matter of time before Tim found the perfect buyer for the Hill's!
In just three days, The Hill's had four offers on their home. Four days later, an offer was accepted and the Hill's could let out a much-deserved sigh of relief.
The Next Chapter!
The Hill's have settled into their Narragansett, Rhode Island house (that Tim was able to help find). Chance is a HUGE fan of the clam cakes from Iggy's and has even been spotted chasing seagulls up and down Scarborough Beach.
